Make you vision come to life – we can help make it so.  On Long Caye, we don’t limit building to a single architectural style or set of materials.  While we ensure that a community standard is met around overall aesthetic, size and height, and safety, owners are very much free to design and build a home of their own choosing.

You may choose a builder, or tell us what you want, and we will do all the legwork and lifting to make your vision come to reality.  We can help your home pay for itself by renting it out for you and maintaining it when you are not visiting Long Caye.

Give yourself on open plan, to live “in the breeze.”  Outdoor spaces and decking are encouraged, so you can watch the sunrise and sunset over the Atoll from your own porch.

Each home or business will be a eco-friendly, self sustaining part of the greater community, blending into the natural surroundings and becoming part of the organic whole.
